Duchesse de Borgogne
[/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=”Considerada uma das maiores referências do estilo Flanders Red Ale do mundo, a Duchesse de Bourgogne tem 6,5% e cor marrom acobreada, mistura notas de malte, como tostado e caramelo, toques de acidez, madeira e frutas vermelhas, como cereja. Também traz um certo tom rústico, como couro, vinificado e remetendo a aceto balsâmico. Na boca, traz tanto acidez quanto dulçor, corpo médio-baixo, um toque tanino amadeirado e suave condimentado, com final levemente adocicado e ácido. Diferente de outras cervejas desse estilo, a Duchesse leva na sua fórmula apenas cervejas envelhecidas em grandes barricas de carvalho. Uma parte de cervejas com 18 meses de envelhecimento e outra com 8 meses. Harmoniza bem com saladas, frutas silvestres, carnes grelhadas, torta de chocolate e cheesecake de frutas vermelhas. O nome Duchesse de Bourgogne faz referência a Maria da Borgonha, nobre que nasceu em Bruxelas em 1457 e governou a França e os Países Baixos. Dona de um amargor mediano e um dulçor inicial médio-baixo, também traz equilíbrio nos aromas e sabores – de malte, com caramelo, tostado e amendoado, e aquele toque suave de lúpulo herbal.
